It would be nice if we could make a guide to designing and deploying agitprop.

Questions for non-art anons:
>What would you like to know how to make that you currently don't
>What kind of agitprop seems like it would be fun to do?

We could cover designing and dissemination techniques, the usefulness of different formats, and considerations on what to propagate (how to apply the mass line to propaganda)

Here are my thoughts as a hobby digital designer:
We should create a series of templates compatible with free and open source software. Free vector resources. Tutorials. Reviews of printing equipment etc. I am pretty good with Inkscape.

We should create a guide on how to use agitprop to support local campaigns, and how to message based on local conditions.

We should compose questions for well read users about how to apply marxism to our work.

Post too long. Click here to view the full text.

I spent a good deal of time designing during the long hot summer, and I found that digital printing was actually quite cost prohibitive to the point that color fliers for rallies would eat several people's dues. Obviously this isnt a problem for super well funded orgs, but I wonder what can be done about this?

Actual answer: order it at a commercial printing company. I can get 4000 color flyers for 20 euros, half a cent per flyer.

ITT: practice gestures

What's gesture drawing? It's practicing the particular skill of capturing the shapes and movements of a figure. It's a good way to get better at drawing a whole character in dynamic poses that have proper anatomy. It's also supposed to be quick and simple so you can practice a lot. You can also incorporate gesture drawing into composing larger or more complex pictures by drafting the positions and poses of the subjects with minimal commitment. If you want to get good at drawing, it's good to practice regularly with gesture drawing. Just sit down for a couple of minutes now and then and sketch a few poses.

Greetings comrades!

As you all know, the whole blockchain ecosystem received a massive boost when the idea of Non-Fungible Tokens was announced - a revolutionary new system to itemize digital art to create verifiable ownership through the blockchain, allowing for long-term immutable storage and sales of digital art.

We at /leftypol/ appreciate our artists and are offering a chance for our drawfriends to submit their own NFTs to be minted on a soon-to-be-launched /leftypol/ crypto known as Alunyacoins, allowing for the art to be purchased by verified /leftypol/ labor vouchers! From there, we are collaborating with the Yugoslav flagposters to create a /leftypol/ NFT market, from which all /leftypol/ NFTs will be sold by their authors with a 15% cut taken to be deposited towards the janitorial hot pocket fund.

Submit your art within the next 24 hours to have your art minted forever!

The "anti-idpoler" with the best reading comprehension:

>>2091
The average person doesn't believe in the patriarchy. The average person is not "probably actively reactionary." They just don't give a shit about politics. This?
>someone that thinks racism or patriarchy don't exist while claiming to be a "socialist" is probably actively reactionary and ignorant
This is a twitter shitlib take.

>>2094
the "average person" (you probably don't include women in this definition but i will) stuck in an exploitative sexual relationship is very well aware of its existence

>>2094
Nobody was talking about the "average person" (who coincidentally agrees with you on this issue) in the whole thread.

>>2080
<An important part of /leftypol/’s unique character is our opposition to identity politics.
>muh class reductionism!1
Right back to wall with that class denialist absolutely reactionary social-reformative shit. Implying it is not the existence of economic class division that drives all consecutive division of society on more & more identities: races, genders & all the other beloved retarded spooks of yours.

>500 to 3000 bucks models with a screen
proffesionnal level tablets that are huge are at 350 nowadays,as long as you dodge wacom.
but yeah, just dumping 50-60 on a good size with no screen is better when starting.
>>1185
>Wacom Intuos
Wtf,why would you use 15 bucks more on a tablet smaller than an xp pen in the same range ?

Bought a Huion HS610 a couple weeks ago, it's been amazing. My recommendation for a mid-level tablet, not too expensive (around a hundo at most, often cheaper with discounts if you buy it from their official AliExpress store), very very good. I think I don't have anywhere to upgrade to from this beyond getting a screen one.

>>1187
>tf,why would you use 15 bucks more on a tablet smaller than an xp pen in the same range ?
Cuz I didn't know about other brands and it wasn't that expensive where I life, plus I had already used a Wacom Bamboo before, and this Intuos had free CSP Pro

>>1188
I guess next time I'll buy a Huion, hmm

I just found this site and it will generate color schemes for you. https://coolors.co/

How do you feel about certain "leftists" characterizing artists as porky?
10 posts and 1 image reply omitted.

>>1836
I mean that could be said for litterally any profession.

Also I would like to see filepinos try and write Dutch language literature but whatever.

>>1836
From my point of view as a 3rd worlder anyone bothering to learn a bit of drawing on their own and dedicates most of their time to drawing porn will have a fairly easy life, as long as they sell their art in dollars.

leftypol is stuck in the 19th century and doesnt understand the terms they use not even in a context from back then episode 49,251

>>1908
The amount of artists failing to earn a living in 1st world seems to be way higher than the amount of doctors/lawyers/engineers and other specialists with higher education. Art degree is fairly useless and won't guarantee employment.
>>1909
That's only if you are from a poor country. Artists from rich countries need to earn $2000-4000 a month just to live on par with local unskilled labour. To earn this much you need to be a professional with thousands of followers, which means you belong to top 5% of all artists. Very few artists achieve such income, I use 4chan's /ic/ as an evidence.

It's a pedantic misuse of class analysis. The question should be "Why aren't more artists doing agiprop?"
