It's class solidarity.

Consultants are just used as cheap staffing agencies.

>>167
those are low end consultants. I think this is about high end "management" consulting.

That's how capitalism spreads knowledge between different companies

It's a combination of factors.
<money laundering
<scapegoating
<performance for shareholders
<performance for management (convincing yourself you're actually doing something)
<actually trying to trim the "fat" in the business
etc

< A new academic study by Teke Wiggin of Northwestern University reveals how Amazon used advanced algorithms to suppress unionization efforts at its Bessemer, Alabama, warehouse.
< The research, based on worker interviews and FOIA requests, details Amazon’s use of workplace surveillance, algorithmic discipline, and social media monitoring to discourage union support.
< Amazon exploited workplace devices to send anti-union messages, gauge employee sentiments, and intimidate workers through “captive audience” meetings.
< The company also used a strategy called “algorithmic slack-cutting,” temporarily easing working conditions during union elections to create a false sense of improvement.
< At the same time, Amazon increased digital harassment, using workplace apps to push anti-union content that workers were forced to see.
< Social media groups formed by employees to discuss grievances were heavily monitored, with Amazon tracking Facebook, Reddit, and other online forums for organizing efforts.
< The study reveals Amazon’s AI-powered mapping of union activity, showing its proactive measures to suppress labor movements across multiple locations.
< Employees faced termination for social media posts criticizing working conditions, and some were recruited to spread positive narratives about Amazon online.
< The study argues that Amazon is not merely using AI to manage workers but actively weaponizing technology to dismantle labor organizing.
< Despite repeated union elections and legal interventions, Amazon’s aggressive tactics have kept Bessemer warehouse workers from successfully organizing.
< The article also connects Amazon founder Jeff Bezos' political affiliations to potential threats against labor protections under a Trump administration.
< Ultimately, the study describes Amazon’s workplace control as a form of corporate despotism, using AI not just for efficiency but for coercion.

Share your daily commute experience here and maybe give some tips on how you tolerate it.

I'm a Mumbai soydev and I need to travel 3 hours a day crammed in these designated shitting carriages known as Mumbai's local trains. The gutka stains, stench and general lack of civic sense have turned me into the most classist person. Any respectable populace would've revolted against their leaders by now for such mistreatment, but I guess Indians are a different breed of shameless. My only alternative as of now is to commute on my bike, on which I have death-defying near misses almost every single timw. The roads are ridden with potholes and bumps and all the motorists here are careless fucking cunts. Also, wearing riding gear in Mumbai's heat feels like getting baked in an oven. I try to get sick leaves or work from home whenever possible because the commute is so dreadful. I envy Europeans and East-Asians for having some of the best public transportation on the planet, and had it not been for my sick mom I would've left this dead-end shithole a long time ago. You lucky mfs can travel 100km/hr without breaking a sweat and we have to struggle for hours just to travel less than 30km.

>>184
I topped at 2h per day and that was already terrible. Spending 40% of your "free time" traveling sounds like hell
> I envy Europeans and East-Asians for having some of the best public transportation on the planet
Thatbreally depends on where you live. Right now I must commute 1h by car every day because unless you're a student there's no public transport towards the city.

>>185
Why do students get public transportation but not you? Are there student only buses? Oh wait, school buses?

>>186
Because the local SoE for bus transport got yelled at enough. And even that they try to cut back on available routes each year, and each year my municipality has to send complaints to get enough busses to trsnsport all the students. Used to be this way when my brother went to high school and I doubt the situation improved.

I want to become either a lawyer, a social worker, or a psychiatrist SPECIFICALLY to divorce Parental Authority from Legal Power over children. I don't like that two humans have legal "ownership" of a third human, merely because they choose to have sex. I believe that the State should, or, MUST, provide children, teenagers, etc, with work permits, housing opportunities, etc so they can leave the Parental house as soon as they wish.
I also oppose the family: I don't mean a half-assed petite bourgeoisie position of "i oppose the trad. west family, but i support SSUs\ polyamory\ single parent " NO!! I oppose ANY AND ALL family-unit, and exalt the individual among all. I, also, wish to work towards these changes.
Which career path is best for me??

The boomers were lumpem because of how adults dismissed bullying as "kids being kids".
Also, they were treated more like adults.

Also, I hate when people use the word modern to refer to any chronological comparisons within a three decade range.
Modern means any time era that uses printing press, guns, Hindu-Arabic numeral system, and was involved in colonialism
And lastly, lumpenproletariat doesn't mean just criminals. It also means people whom are not allowed to industrially participate.

While juvenile delinquency has decreased, it also resulted in arrested development. We see more people having personal disorders. Not even talking about congenital either but more social ones.

It's making a more incompetent society.
We see it with how damn near difficult it is to secure a gf let alone get a decent paying job.

Millennials are advocating to raise the age of majority to compensate for maturational deficiency

You're not going to destroy it in any sort of individualist coup, in one fell swoop. However, I actually agree with the Bakunin/Nechayev goal of installing yourself into the positions of power that would theoretically allow you to assist in destroying the hierarchal family structure.

Lawyer is an obvious one, but psychiatry presents an interesting chance to actually destroy the psychological hold the family has on the individual after they grow up. I see this, *everywhere* to the point where people are letting their parents commit fraud in their name purely because of the ideological power they created for themselves. I think studying that with a lot of focus on Freudian psychoanalysis would be very productive.

One of the most disturbing trends in therapy I've seen is this forced acceptance of age regression therapy, where the adult is hypnotized into an adolescent state so they can properly be implanted with the memories of a parental figure that may have been missing. This is one of the most conservative, reproductions of ideology I've seen since "pray it away" therapy. This isn't just some abdl fetish roleplay, it's deeper than that and is absolutely used in real life, prevalent even. This needs to be combatted.

This is part of the infantilisation epidemic in the west.
They already socially castrated young adults with the "brain development" theory.

Minus the fornication, what's so bad about condoms and porn?
Also. Most parents think kids having a sex drive is some sickness

or, TLDR, you're retarded. Social bonds exist whether you like them or not, and the role of parents in an anarchist society is not to beat their kids into submission, but to essentially provide guidance so that their children can grow up to be free, healthy, individuals by allowing them to live freely, but providing love and stewardship where needed. Humans survive through social bonds, it's just that they don't have to be coercive and forced. Frankly, you don't sound like an actual anarchist, just someone LARPing as one because you have daddy issues. To reject families completely is to reject being human at all, so again, you're a retard.
