The other day some criminals they handed out guns to killed a family and they blamed that on saboteurs too, as if saboteurs would be going around shooting random people. There's a video in this thread somewhere of them arresting some suspected saboteurs who are like 13 years old. They also execute people trying to get out of cities or just walking around looking suspicious or sounding Russian.
