I don't know about these other characters, but having been there when Vivian was designed I can tell she's just the /v/irgin's idea of what the perfect gf would be like for them. Enjoys all the same exact games and hobbies they do, hates the essjaydubyas like they do, is homely at a level of beauty that makes her seem attainable without being too ugly. It's no wonder so many gamergaters wanted to fuck her even though she's supposed to be their "daughter".
But cis women like this barely exist, if at all.
