My health is great, I do lots of exercise and martial arts so I guess thats to be expected. My apetite has always been massive, I'm vegan so I just kind of eat how much I want and I stay slim. Idk I'm worried I might be gaining weight which would make sense because of oestrogen, but when I weighed myself I'm only a little bit heavier than I was last time I tried as a teenager and its healthy. Mood has improved massively but I think thats mainly other reasons and isn't to do with hormones. I got into a much happier social situation and I guess I grew up. Generally I'm really energetic and positive, though I do struggle sleeping sometimes, and I wake up very early in the night at times with no way for me to go back to sleep. As for the feminising effects I am very happy with them. I wasn't getting anything on oral + bicalumatide, and in fact I think it was making my hormones dangerously low. I hope that helped!

Thank you! A lot of this is also heavily dependent on personal lifestyle and genetic factors, but your perspective on the matter currently makes the most sense to me.

the first part would have come across as transphobic and the second as dismissive. Plus I am not an expert in left political philosophy so I don't know how connect it whith that.

What are you doing here (as I see) is kind of social-work psychological-help so something about that? And more specifically in relation to transgender care?
I just don't want to do more harm then help. Maybe it's just my anxiety.

In Britain you can't get blood tests for free, you have to pay a lot of money which I am not willing to do. I do mono and it just works so I don't really feel in need of blood tests. It's just unecessary, I know when its working, I know when its not working. But seriously injections change everything. I had like no feminisation until I changed from pills and anti-androgens to injections, then I got decent boobs. I know its awful to do (and tbh it does not get better) but it its worth it.

I will definitely look into this, but i'm hesitant on the idea of monotherapy. Most information says estrogen without progesterone or a progestin requires a far higher dosage to supress T and high estrogen, even when it naturally occurs in women, is commonly associated with health risks. Injections actually don't seem that bad of a prospect, i received a serious injury as a teenager and had to inject anti-thrombosis pens each day for months.

I'm long distance with my bf and I wish he would be more responsive over text. He assures me that there is nothing to worry about vis a vis our relationship, that he wants us to stay together and everything, and I trust him. I think he mostly just gets distracted since he has a freelance coding project he's working on and it takes up a lot of his attention. He also often apologizes for not being very responsive. I'd like to ask him to try harder to be a bit more attentive but I don't want to pressure him or make him feel like he has to talk to me out of an obligation.

I completely understand the kind of trans self-hate and idealisation of violence against oneself, I still experience these kinds of thoughts all the time. But why just live with it when you can channel such self-hate into revolutionary energy? Instead of just fantasising about someone beating you to death or holding you as a sex slave, why don't you commit to the path of a revolutionary, who will be the focus of intense violence and will probably die violently. Self esteem will be a non-issue compared to your responsibilities to the revolution, and it will be forced on you either way when you make speeches and need to be confident even if you don't want to. It's the ultimate boyremoval, you can't boymode when you are a political figure. So what's the point in wanting to be a fat man's pet before being shot in the head once you are old, when you could die young anyway in a revolution?
